Hi again!

This time, I would like to introduce a very charming and wonderful country.

South Korea, Seoul!

Yes, you are right. Your heaven for those who like K-Wave idols and celebrities. Excited? I do!

So, Seoul is take up a mere of South Korea territory. It is a worth visit destination. Especially for its flowery spring landscape, sandy beaches, rock-y mountains and a lot of stunning historic sites for your travel list. Down here, I'll list the best place to visit when you are travelling to Seoul.

1) Nami Island (남이섬)

Uh huh, K-Drama fans, did this picture remind you of a drama?

Yes, you are right! It is Winter Sonata! Nami Island was one of the location of Winter Sonata film.

Nami Island was named after Minister Nami, a Minister of War during Dynasty Chosun.   However, despite of it is actually a historical site, visitors came here to strolled along the famous road where there are statues the actor (Bae Yong Joon) and actress (Choi Jiwoo) of that film.

For a fun fact, Nami Island wasn't an Island until Chongpyeong - dam was built in 1940s.

2) The Garden of Morning Calm (아침고요수목원) 

       

This garden was designed  and arboretum in Gapyeong and is run by a professor of horticulture. it is features more than 20 themes and 5, 000 different kind of plant and are decorated with 6 millions LED light bulbs and last until 1 March.

3)  Haeundae Beach (해운대 해수욕장)

                          

Haeundae beach is one of famous destination and a must-visit destination. it is almost never as empty as the photo shown. it is hundreds of thousands frequent to this beach especially in the summer. 

It is more lively during Polar Bear Festival held in January where the contestant will leap into the cold ocean while screaming and laughing.

3)Daedun Mountain Suspension Bridge (대둔산 구름다리)

           

Daedun Mountain is famous for its bright autumn colors and its 81- meters high Geumgang Suspension Bridge. the red bridge is connecting Imgeum Rock and Ipseokdae make the mountain climbing seems easy.

4) Seongsan Sunrise Peak (성산일출봉)

                            

Seongsan Sunrise Peak has been certificate as a UNESCO world heritage site, the peak is famous for its numerous rare plants species and are best known for its magnificent sight of sun rising.

5) Hyeopjae Beach, Jeju Island (제주도 협재 해수욕장)

                                  

Hyeopjae Beach is a white sandy beach and it is a perfect place for families to go and have a picnic after a long day of work. it is also known for its delicious abalone conch, serve fresh in the seafood restaurant dotting the beach.

However, my dearies, trust me, Seoul is a heaven for those who like fashion, too. Trust me, you'll lost your mind once your set your feet there.

Bali, Never Say No.

 

For the first entry (or should I say, second?), I would like to introduce the heaven of the Earth. For most of us, I am pretty sure that you (and so am I) always love scenery as one way to keep calm after those hazy, fuzzy, and busy days.

No? Even so, I still would like to introduce you guys the perfect place to go when everything starting to turn against you.

                            

BALI!

Yes, my dearies, Bali in one of the heavenly and mostly chose to spend the best moment of our life. Either you’re on your honeymoon or just went for escapism Bali is always the place for it.

A little introduction of this beautiful place, Bali is one of the provisions of Indonesia and is the biggest island of the land. It was located between Java Island and Lombok. The majority of the resident is a Hindu and Bali is a world-known as a tourist destination because of its unique and variation culture, (and) famous among tourist (especially) from Japan and Australia.

Why we should go to Bali?
 1)    Spa and Wellness

   

Believe it or not but Bali Island is well-known as a Spa center of Southeast Asia. Almost every luxury hotel provided these services. Aromatherapy and body scrub. Never feel less than a king.

    2)   Shopping

Desa Mas

Never say ‘No’ to shop! Bali is known for its craft man. Ubud and Desa Mas is the place to bring home some local craft such as beautiful drawing and wooden carving.  Other than that, Desa Celuk (gold), Pasar Sukowati (sourvenier), Jimbran and Kuta (the best place to shop shoes, cloth, bags and many more).

Bali known for the cultural dance performance. The dance is so beautiful for those who love cultural thingy. It is one of the tourist attraction and they are specially performing for the tourist.  Tarian Barong is perform in the morning at Desa Batubulan and it is said a story of Good between Bad. Other than that, they are also performing Tari Kecak, Baris and Tarian Topeng.

    4)   Water activities

Trust me when I said it is the most beautiful beach. You can swims, scuba diving, surfing, jet skiing. Name it!

Ngurah Rai International Airport

  

    1)    Air

Ngurah Rai International is the main entrance of Bali. It was located at Tuban and it is close to the tourist destination/ attraction such as Kuta and Jimbaran.

    2)   Land

For those who feel comfortable to take land or public transportation, you could get several options such as taxi/cab, bus, car and motor rental. However, taxi is more preferable because aside of it is easy to get, it is more comfortable and rational. Rp 5000 (aprx RM1.40) for the first minute and Rp 2,500 for next kilometer.

Hotels

Do not worry about where to stay. There are lots of hotel from budget hotel to luxury hotel all around Bali Island. Trust me, you’ll see hotel every time you turn around.
